Booking Terms

• Your booking is confirmed only when payment and this consent form are completed.
• You may request to reschedule up to 48 hours before your session.
• Client and CaptureBuddy team reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances; in such cases we will propose an alternate date.
• All deposits and payments are non-refundable except where otherwise agreed in writing.
• If the session location requires additional travel, permits, or entrance fees, they must be borne by the client unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Time & Session Management

• The session begins at the agreed time; time spent traveling between locations is part of the booked session time.

• Late arrival by the client reduces effective shoot time. Any extension beyond booked duration requires additional fee, to be agreed beforehand.

Editing & Delivery

• Unless requested otherwise, the final edited images will be delivered digitally within 3–7 working days after the shoot. The download link will remain active for 4 weeks from the delivery date.

• Major retouching, including face/body modifications or background replacement, is not included.

• Custom editing styles are not available — all photos follow CaptureBuddy’s signature colour grading and aesthetic.

Raw/unedited files are not provided.

Ownership, Usage & Consent

• By working with CaptureBuddy, you grant us permission to use photographs and videos from your session for promotional and business purposes (on our website, social media, marketing materials) without additional compensation.
• You also release CaptureBuddy and the photographer from liability for libel, invasion of privacy, or other claims arising from creation or use of the images.

• If you prefer not to have your photos used for promos, you may opt out by contacting CaptureBuddy (up to 48 hours after receiving the gallery link).
• The client retains a personal use license (prints, social media) but must not relicense or resell the images without CaptureBuddy’s consent.

Liability & Indemnification

• CaptureBuddy’s liability is limited to the amounts paid by the client, except in cases of gross negligence.

• Client agrees to indemnify CaptureBuddy against claims, damages or costs arising from client’s use of the photos or breach of this agreement.

Force Majeure & Cancellation

• In events beyond our control (e.g. illness, acts of nature), either party may cancel or reschedule.

• If CaptureBuddy cancels, we will refund payments (excluding non-refundable portions) or reschedule, at your option.

Amendments

• CaptureBuddy reserves the right to update or change these terms for future bookings. Any changes will not affect ongoing sessions or confirmed bookings.

• Clients on active bookings will be notified; new bookings are subject to the most current version.
